The Vision

The vision of the social studies department is to become prominent among the other social studies department at the Egyptian and Arabic universities through preparing graduated cadres capable of creation and development. In addition, it aims at an effective contribution in serving the society matching with the requirements of the academic accreditation agreed upon at the scientific research institutions.

The Mission

The mission of social studies is to prepare and develop the skills and knowledge of the history, geography and social subjects at the school grade, besides higher studies students at masters and Ph.D. grades. This, in its turn, will lead to the consolidating their roles at serving the society and the surrounding environment.
